Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad have appointed Chaitanya Singamsetti as Director of Sales & Marketing.
Singamsetti brings more than 10 years of experience across hospitality sales, MICE, group business and corporate accounts, with previous roles across Marriott and Accor properties.
In his new role, he will oversee sales strategy across the corporate, MICE, group and events segments for both Hyderabad properties.
His remit will include revenue growth, market share development and identifying new business opportunities, alongside strengthening relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners and event planners.
Singamsetti has previously held sales leadership roles with The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and Novotel & Hyderabad International Convention Centre, following earlier experience with Ginger Hotels.
His career spans MICE and group sales, corporate accounts, revenue management, strategic partnerships and conference bidding.
At The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Singamsetti developed partnerships with Hyderabad International Convention Centre and HITEX to target city-wide conferences and associated accommodation demand.
Speaking on his appointment, Singamsetti said: “Hyderabad’s rise as a premier business and MICE destination presents a remarkable opportunity, and I am delighted to join the property at this exciting juncture. My focus will be on crafting a sharp, market-led sales and marketing strategy that builds enduring partnerships, opens new avenues for business and elevates our standing across corporate, MICE and leisure audiences.”

Singamsetti was named a Top Performer Achiever across Marriott’s APEC region in 2025 and was previously recognised as Best Unit Sales Executive – Ginger Hotels PAN India for 2015–16.
