JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa has confirmed three senior leadership appointments as the property moves into its next phase of operational and commercial development.
Devender Rohilla has been named Director of Sales and Marketing, Praveen Dubey Director of Operations and Lalit Daswani Director of Finance.
All three executives have been involved with the resort since its pre-opening phase and have contributed to its development and launch across their respective functions.
Daswani joins from The Westin Goa, where he served as Director of Finance from the property’s pre-opening phase.
His career also includes finance leadership roles at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention Center, Hotel Leelaventure Limited and Renaissance Hotel Lucknow, alongside earlier experience at Jaipur Marriott Hotel and The Oberoi Rajvilas.
In his role at JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa, Daswani will support the property as it transitions from its opening phase into ongoing operational and commercial growth.
Dubey joins from Trident Hyderabad, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage.
A graduate of IHM Bhubaneswar, he began his career with The Oberoi Group as an Operations Trainee and has since held roles across food and beverage and resort operations.
His previous experience includes The Oberoi Vanyavilas in Sawai Madhopur, The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur and The Oberoi Wildflower Hall in Shimla.
As Director of Operations, Dubey will focus on service delivery, team development and the wider guest experience across the resort.
Rohilla most recently served as Director of Sales at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where he led the property’s commercial strategy.
His career also includes leadership positions at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, Le Méridien Paro Riverfront in Bhutan and a number of IHG hotels across India.
At JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa, Rohilla will be responsible for strengthening the property’s presence across priority markets and developing demand for Ranthambore as a luxury wildlife destination.
The appointments come as Ranthambore National Park’s core zones reopen for the new wildlife season, bringing renewed visitor activity to the destination.
Located close to Ranthambore National Park, the resort will focus its next stage of development on strengthening its market position and further developing the guest experience across accommodation, dining, wellness and destination-led activities.
