Pineapple Recruitment Marks Third Anniversary Following Continued Growth

October 20, 2026

Pineapple Recruitment is marking its third anniversary following a period of growth that has seen the business create jobs, expand into new sectors and increase its presence across the UK.

Pineapple Recruitment third anniversary

The Midlands-based company, which specialises in recruitment for the catering and hospitality sectors, launched in 2023 and now employs more than 10 recruitment professionals.

During its first three years, Pineapple Recruitment has placed more than 2,000 people into permanent roles.

Growth at the business led to a move into larger offices in Worcester city centre in October 2024.

The company has also expanded its services with the introduction of two dedicated divisions covering Finance and HR and Education.

Pineapple Recruitment said its client base has continued to grow across the UK, supporting businesses with recruitment and staff attraction.

Kasia Krieger, Director at Pineapple Recruitment, said: “It’s well known how tough the recruitment sector has been over the past few years, so we are delighted to be celebrating not only our third birthday but also providing more career opportunities in the catering and hospitality sectors. It’s a really special milestone for us.

“Overall, more and more businesses are putting their trust in us to find the best and most qualified talent to support their own growth plans which rely on the right recruitment and attraction strategies.

“To have that growing client base across the UK gives us a wonderful foundation for the next three years, by which time we want to add more jobs and increase our national footprint.”

The company is now planning another move to larger premises in Worcester as it prepares for further expansion.

Pineapple Recruitment also intends to recruit additional employees to its own team, with the proposed office move expected to be confirmed before the end of 2026.
