Shake Shack will open its newest London restaurant at Hays Galleria in London Bridge on Wednesday 9 September.
The opening at 12pm will mark Shake Shack’s 21st location in the UK and bring its full dine-in restaurant format to the London Bridge area.
To mark the launch, the first 150 guests in line will receive a free ShackBurger or ’Shroom Burger.
Opening-day activities will continue with live music, a merchandise cart and a spin-the-wheel activation offering guests the opportunity to win Shake Shack merchandise and vouchers.
Located on Tooley Street, the restaurant has been designed to combine the historic architecture of Hays Galleria with a contemporary riverside aesthetic.
Existing Victorian wharf details and exposed brickwork have been retained alongside modern design elements.
Illustrations created by artist Tess Smith-Roberts take inspiration from the surrounding area, including Borough Market, London Bridge Station and the River Thames.

The menu will feature established Shake Shack dishes including the ShackBurger, Crinkle-Cut Fries, Chicken Shack, Flat-Top Dogs and hand-spun shakes.
The London Bridge restaurant will officially open at 12pm on 9 September 2026.
