Manna to Open First Standalone Restaurant in Marylebone

September 2, 2026

Manna, the smash burger concept from Feroz Gajia and Arcade London, will open its first standalone restaurant in Marylebone on 4 September.

Manna Marylebone

Located at 54 James Street, the walk-in-only restaurant will bring the concept to one of central London’s established dining areas and follows Arcade’s recent opening in Covent Garden.

Manna has developed its offer around smash burgers made using premium ingredients, including prime cuts of beef and artisan buns.

The Marylebone restaurant represents the latest stage in the brand’s development after establishing its presence within Arcade and making its first international move with an opening in Dubai in 2025.

The menu will include existing Manna dishes such as the Double Manna and Classic Smash alongside waffle fries and a number of new additions created for the standalone restaurant.

Two exclusive additions will include The Trifle, combining strawberry milk-soaked sponge, fruit jelly, Bird’s Custard, whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry.

The Cola Float will also make its debut in three variations: Classic, Chocolate and Cherry, combining cola with vanilla ice cream and additional flavourings.

The Marylebone restaurant has been designed by Red Deer Architects, which also worked on Arcade’s Covent Garden opening in May 2026.

Lionel Real de Azúa said: “Manna offers an elevated, contemporary take on the classic burger joint, balancing the warmth and nostalgic familiarity of a much-loved neighbourhood spot with a more polished and design-led sensibility.

“Playful references to traditional fast-food culture sit alongside a considered material palette, refined finishes and thoughtful detailing, creating a space that feels instantly recognisable yet distinctly modern.

“The result is an energetic and approachable restaurant that retains the fun and informality of a burger joint while presenting it through a fresh, elevated lens.”

Feroz Gajia, Co-Founder of Manna, said: “Manna has always been about great food and capturing the peoples expectations of nostalgia. With Manna Marylebone we now have our first venue that captures the feeling that goes alongside the food.

“A plush atmosphere that feels like a throwback to the futurism that shaped the 80s and 90s relationship with burgers.

“Seeing Manna thrive within Arcade has been fantastic, and then opening internationally on Alserkal Avenue in Dubai gave us the opportunity to represent another facet of Manna, becoming part of an effortlessly cool community of businesses.

“Now, we’re bringing that same energy to Marylebone with our first standalone site – a huge step for the brand as we build Manna into a destination in its own right.”

Manna Marylebone will open on 4 September 2026.
