The event will take place at The Piano Works in Farringdon, London, on Tuesday 15 September, bringing together representatives from businesses across the hospitality sector for an evening of live entertainment and fundraising.

This year’s finalists are Maria Rocha of BM Caterers, Tom James of Bill’s, Naz Haq of Bidfood, Ellen Burden of Red Bull, Lili Stanzione of Blacklock, Emma Williams of Green & Fortune, Stuart Barnett of Dewberry Redpoint and Charlie Hodson of Hospitality Action.

Organised by the Wafflemeister Foundation, Hospitality’s Got Talent was established to bring people from across the industry together while raising funds through the event.

The theme for the 2026 edition will be ‘Back to the ’80s’, with the eight finalists performing live in front of colleagues and other hospitality professionals.

Bidfood will return as headline sponsor of the event.

Running from 6pm until 1am, the evening will combine the live competition with food and drinks and a silent auction.

Rikos Leong-Son, CEO of Wafflemeister, said: “One of the things that makes Hospitality’s Got Talent so special is seeing people we know from their day jobs across hospitality get up on stage and show a completely different side of themselves.

“This year we have people joining us from right across the industry and it’s probably our strongest line-up yet.

“It should be a brilliant night, but there is also a serious purpose behind it – bringing our industry together and raising money that can make a genuine difference.”

Hospitality’s Got Talent 2026 will take place at The Piano Works, Farringdon, on 15 September.
