JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa has appointed Amrita Kaul Rawat as its new Director of Human Resources.
Rawat brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience to the role, with a career spanning operational and human resources leadership across Marriott International properties in India and the UAE.
She joins the resort from Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites, where she served as Human Resources Manager with responsibility for employee engagement, leadership development and organisational culture.
Rawat previously held several leadership positions at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, progressing from housekeeping roles to Director of Services.
Her earlier career also included involvement in the pre-opening of JW Marriott Aerocity in New Delhi.
Across her roles, Rawat has developed experience in organisational development, employee engagement, leadership development, sustainability and workforce wellbeing.
In her new position at JW Marriott Mussoorie, she will lead the resort’s human resources strategy with responsibility for talent development, leadership capability, diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing and workplace culture.
She will also work alongside the resort’s wider leadership team to support employee development and service delivery.
