Brindisa Tapas has appointed Kelly Richardson as its first Managing Director as the London-based Spanish restaurant group strengthens its leadership team.

Richardson, who has been with Brindisa since 2018, will take responsibility for the group’s operations and long-term strategy, working alongside executive founders Monika Linton and Ratnesh Bagdai.
The newly created position forms part of a wider programme of investment in Brindisa’s leadership, culture and guest experience.
It follows the recent appointment of Adrian Castro as Beverages Director, with the group indicating that further appointments are set to be announced.
Monika Linton, Founder and Chair of Brindisa, said: “Brindisa has always been about the integrity of Spanish food and the people and producers behind it.
“Kelly shares this belief completely. This newly created role gives the business clarity, energy and momentum while continuing to nurture the long-standing collaborative spirit of our teams.”
Richardson added: “Brindisa is a business I care about deeply, and I’m proud to help lead it into its next era.
“Our focus is on excellence and consistency across every site, investing in our teams, and continuing to champion the very best of Spanish food and drink for our guests.”
