BM Caterers has entered an exclusive partnership with Savernake Park Community Farm to grow fresh, seasonal produce for its workplace catering clients.

The partnership will see BM employ a dedicated team to cultivate produce specifically for its corporate partners while developing education programmes for clients, employees and community projects.
The initial plot includes fully equipped farming facilities, enabling production to begin immediately.
The partnership began during summer 2026 and recorded its first harvest in October, with production continuing throughout the remainder of the year.
Produce grown at Savernake Park Community Farm will be incorporated into seasonal menus across BM’s client sites, creating a direct farm-to-kitchen supply chain.
BM said the approach will help reduce food miles while supporting its wider environmental objectives, including carbon reduction and engagement with regenerative farming.
Savernake Park Farm occupies land previously used as Savernake Railway Sidings. During the Second World War, Savernake Forest was used as an ammunition storage site.
The project is regenerating heavily compacted soil and returning the land to food production.
Beyond growing produce, the partnership will create a programme of volunteering days, seasonal harvest events, guided foraging experiences, farm tours and sustainability workshops.
The activities will be available to BM colleagues, clients and community projects and are intended to develop understanding of food production, nature and environmental stewardship.
The project is expected to involve the majority of BM employees each year and produce around 20 tonnes of food annually.
It will also support community initiatives based at Savernake Farm, reflecting the approach of His Majesty The King’s Harmony Centre for Learning, which focuses on connections between people, food and nature.
Angus Brydon, Managing Director at BM Caterers, said: “This partnership with Savernake Community Farm will redefine how our food is grown, shared, and valued. It is a unique opportunity to create a direct connection between land, grower, chef, and diner, transforming everyday dining into something far more meaningful. Access to abundant, seasonal produce will help us shorten supply chains, reduce carbon emissions, engage with regenerative farming, and environmental stewardship to support our clients’ ESG goals.”
Mark Jankovich, farmer at Savernake Park Community Farm, added: “By linking corporates directly with amazing produce, we are helping to tackle the challenges facing the food system.
“We are very excited to partner with BM Caterers and their clients to help address these major challenges, educate the next generation and still deliver delicious locally grown nutritious vegetables.”
