Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts is launching a month-long global dining festival this October, bringing together 25 restaurants and bars across 11 of its hotels.

Taste of Shangri-La will run from 1 to 31 October and showcase specially curated menus created by chefs across the group’s international portfolio.
The programme spans destinations including London, Paris, Istanbul, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Toronto, Mauritius, Colombo, Hambantota and New Delhi, with each menu designed to reflect the culinary identity of its individual restaurant and location.
At Shangri-La Dubai, Shang Palace will offer a four-course Chinese menu featuring dishes including beef short rib bun, aubergine with black bean sauce and mango pomelo sago.
Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi will combine Cantonese dining with a contemporary drinks offer. Shang Palace will serve a five-course menu featuring dishes including braised e-fu noodles with lobster, while Al Hanah Bar will offer bespoke cocktail flights developed following consultations with its head mixologist.
In Saudi Arabia, Shangri-La Jeddah will showcase both Cantonese and Lebanese cuisine through Shang Palace and Niyyali. Dishes will range from wok-fried Boston lobster and Sichuan-style Australian Wagyu short ribs to whole smoked aubergine and shrimp sayadieh.
Shangri-La Bosphorus in Istanbul will combine Turkish and Cantonese cooking, with IST TOO focusing on regional produce and Shang Palace presenting dishes including pan-fried beef tenderloin with black pepper sauce.
Three restaurants at Shangri-La Paris will participate in the festival.
Newly opened Maison Roland will showcase French classics, while Les Salons du Prince will offer lighter dishes and Shang Palace will focus on Chinese cuisine, including pan-fried Wagyu beef bao.
In London, TĪNG at Shangri-La The Shard will serve an Asian sharing menu interpreted through contemporary British influences.
Dishes will include hand-dived scallops with Thai green curry and A5 Kagoshima Wagyu.
Shangri-La Toronto’s bosk will combine seasonal Canadian ingredients with Northern Italian cooking through dishes including East Coast Canadian seafood risotto, roasted beet ravioli and pumpkin chai torte.
At Shangri-La Le Touessrok in Mauritius, restaurants Kushi, Safran and Coco’s will represent Japanese, Indian and Mauritian influences through dishes including citrus-marinated black cod and Goan prawn curry.
Two Sri Lankan properties will also participate.
Shangri-La Colombo will offer menus at Capital Bar & Grill and Shang Palace, while Shangri-La Hambantota will showcase dishes across Ulpatha and Sera, ranging from grilled barramundi to Sichuan chilli chicken.
Shangri-La Eros New Delhi will bring together Italian and Cantonese cooking through Sorrento and Shang Palace.
Sorrento’s menu will include pan-seared sea bass with potato gnocchi, while Shang Palace will focus on Cantonese dishes and seasonal ingredients.
Taste of Shangri-La forms part of the hotel group’s wider focus on using food and beverage experiences to connect individual properties with their destinations and culinary cultures.
The festival will run across participating Shangri-La hotels from 1 to 31 October 2026.
