Corinthia Group is to develop a 50-suite hotel and branded residential project on Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos in partnership with Carolina Partners Ltd.
The beachfront development will be led by Corinthia Real Estate Ventures, the group’s real estate investment and development arm, with Corinthia Hotels set to manage the completed resort.
Plans include a 50-suite Corinthia-branded hotel alongside a collection of fully serviced residences comprising beachfront villas, casitas and condominiums.
The wider development will incorporate a spa and wellness centre, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, restaurants, retail facilities and padel courts.
Corinthia said the architecture will draw on the surrounding coastal environment, with an emphasis on natural ventilation and connections between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The project is being developed on a Grace Bay site assembled by the Cummings family over a period of more than 25 years.

Corinthia Real Estate Ventures is led by Managing Partners Marcus Pisani and Alex Chazkel.

Chazkel said the Turks & Caicos scheme would be the first in a series of projects being brought forward by C-REV in North America.
He added: “This is a rare opportunity to develop a world-class hotel and branded residential destination in one of the Caribbean’s most sought-after locations.
“We are excited to be working with the Cummings family and to be launching this as the first in a series of high-profile projects that C-REV is bringing forward in North America.”
The project adds to Corinthia’s growing hotel and residential development pipeline, which includes projects across Europe, the Maldives, North America and the Middle East.
The Grace Bay development is currently progressing towards formal planning approval, with construction expected to begin in 2027.
