Chaiiwala has launched a new digital ordering and customer loyalty platform designed to bring its ordering channels and rewards programme together in one system.

Chaiiwala Rewards is available through the Indian street food café brand’s website and introduces a digital stamp model, with customers receiving one stamp for every eligible purchase.
Members will unlock free food and drink at milestones between five and 15 stamps, including Chaiiwala’s Karak Chaii, selected street food dishes and Wala Wraps.
Customers collecting 15 stamps within a year will become a Chaii Legend, unlocking additional benefits including free drink upgrades and selected toppings and syrups.
Chaii Legend status can then be maintained by collecting five stamps each month.
The platform brings together Chaiiwala’s different ordering channels, covering in-store, online, delivery, takeaway and eat-in purchases.
Chaiiwala said the technology will also enable it to develop more relevant offers and personalised reward journeys while improving its understanding of different customer groups, including Gen Z.
The launch forms part of continued investment in Chaiiwala’s customer proposition as the business expands in the UK and internationally.
The brand currently operates more than 120 UK locations and plans to use customer insight and technology to support engagement as its estate grows.
Sohail Ali, Co-Founder of Chaiiwala, said: “Our customers are at the heart of Chaiiwala, and this platform is about making the whole experience simpler and more rewarding. It gives customers a straightforward way to build towards free chaii and Indian street food, while also creating a smoother journey between ordering online, ordering in-store and earning rewards.
“This is also an important step in how we build relationships with our customers. We are looking at how we can make every stage of the customer experience as simple and seamless as possible, from how customers place their order and how quickly they receive their food to the quality of our products and service.
“Chaiiwala Rewards brings these elements together, making the experience simpler while recognising loyalty in a way that feels valuable and unmistakably Chaiiwala.”
