CV Villas Expands into Ireland with Financially Protected Holiday Packages

August 24, 2026

CV Villas has expanded its operations into Ireland, introducing financially protected villa holiday packages specifically for the Irish market.

CV Villas

The expansion follows market engagement by the company’s Business Development team since June 2025, which CV Villas said identified demand for a specialist villa tour operator able to provide financial protection across complete holiday packages.

As part of the move, CV Villas has secured a TOPP Policy approved by the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), covering packages combining villa accommodation with flights or car rental.

The operator has also established commercial partnerships with Travel Centres, Worldchoice Ireland, Travel Counsellors and Frosch Ireland as it develops its presence within the Irish travel trade.

Flight-inclusive packages will be available with departures from Dublin, Shannon and Cork using Aer Lingus and Ryanair.

CV Villas’ portfolio for Irish customers includes properties across established outbound holiday destinations including Spain, Portugal and Greece, alongside Barbados and other Mediterranean locations.

The expansion gives Irish customers access to the company’s wider portfolio of villa accommodation while enabling travel agents to package stays with flights and car rental under the new financial protection arrangements.

CV Villas has more than 50 years’ experience specialising in villa holidays and has positioned the Irish launch as an extension of its established tour operating model.

Chris Etheridge, Senior Business Development Manager at CV Villas, said: “Our Business Development team has spent significant time engaging directly with the Irish market, and the feedback was clear – agents and consumers alike were searching for a trusted, high-end villa specialist offering total financial protection.

“Registering our TOPP Policy with the IAA and partnering with Travel Centres and Worldchoice Ireland allows us to deliver our signature handpicked properties with complete safety and seamless flexibility.”

The launch expands CV Villas’ distribution into the Irish market while providing travel agents and consumers with access to packages combining accommodation with transport arrangements across a range of international destinations.
