With the picnic season in full swing and alfresco occasions calling for some seductive summer sweets, Country Range has launched a new selection of Fruit Fillings which are brilliant for bakers and creators of sweet treats.

The new fillings come in 2.5kg tubs in cases of two and are available in Bramley Apple, Red Cherry and Strawberry flavours. Created for caterers of all sizes and expertise, they’re particularly ideal for cost-sector kitchens like nurseries, schools and colleges as the new school year begins.
Perfect for terrific tarts, fruity flans, turnovers, pies, pastries and so much more, they’re a brilliant cost-effective option for caterers lacking the space, staff or time to make inhouse fruit fillings from scratch.
Country Range Group’s Own Brand Manager Rachel Porter said:
“This trio of fruit fillings are not just packed with real fruity flavour but are also so versatile and can be used across menus in a range of creative ways whether in pies, tarts, sauces or reductions. It is time-consuming and labour demanding for caterers to make their own preserves from scratch, so these three fruit fillings are the perfect products to fill the gap.”
