Accessible Hospitality Alliance (aha) has appointed Christopher Moore, President of Washington DC based PathNorth, as an Ambassador.
The appointment brings another experienced hospitality and social impact leader into the aha community, providing the alliance with a valuable perspective on developments and thinking in the United States and its capital, Washington DC.
Moore brings more than four decades of experience across hospitality and social impact.

Before joining PathNorth as President in 2022, he spent 11 years as Chief Executive of The Clink Charity, having previously held senior hospitality positions with Fenwick, Harrods and Hilton International. His hospitality career began with Holiday Inn in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Today, Moore’s work at PathNorth sees him engaging with a community of business owners and C-suite executives, as well as senior leaders in the worlds of finance and public life, brought together within the PathNorth circle to exchange perspectives on purpose and the meaning of success.
His appointment comes as aha itself develops a broader international perspective.
Christopher Moore, President of PathNorth and Ambassador to aha, said of joining the aha community: “I am delighted to become an Ambassador for Accessible Hospitality Alliance. Having spent my entire career in the hospitality and social impact sectors, I have seen first-hand the positive difference our industry can make in people’s lives.
“I am excited to bring my experience and perspective to aha and to support its ambition to make hospitality more accessible, inclusive and welcoming for everyone globally.”
The alliance continues to grow its community in the UK while developing its activity in Malta, where the first Mediterranean aha Forum took place in March 2026. Rather than seeking to export a single view of accessibility, those international relationships allow different markets, cultures and experiences to contribute to a wider conversation about accessible hospitality.

There is also a continuity to his appointment that reflects the way the aha community is developing.
Moore’s former role leading The Clink Charity sits alongside the involvement of its current Chief Executive, Donna-Marie Edmonds, who serves on the aha Advisory Board. Their involvement now comes from different roles and at different times, but both bring experience of an organisation that has demonstrated how hospitality, training and employment can create opportunity for people who might otherwise face significant barriers.

It is one example of a wider pattern emerging within aha, people with different professional backgrounds, experiences and perspectives finding common ground around the same table.
Robin Sheppard, Chair and Co-Founder of Accessible Hospitality Alliance, welcomed Chris, saying: “Chris brings a rare combination of hospitality experience, social purpose and an international perspective that will add real depth to the aha community.
“What matters most is not simply the experience people bring with them, but what happens when different experiences are shared openly and constructively. Chris understands that instinctively, and we are delighted to welcome him as an Ambassador.”
aha brings together hospitality operators, people with lived experience of barriers to hospitality and service partners to share experience and develop a more informed understanding of accessibility.
As that community grows, so too does the range of perspectives within it.
