Pan Pacific London joins Accessible Hospitality Alliance membership

April 13, 2026

Pan Pacific London has become the latest hospitality operator to join Accessible Hospitality Alliance membership, a hotel where accessibility is present throughout the guest experience.

Located in London’s Square Mile, Pan Pacific London has built a reputation for understated luxury, innovation and wellbeing.  Within that, accessibility is neither highlighted nor hidden, it is simply there, considered and delivered.

Across its 237 guest rooms, more than 10% have been designed to be spatially accessible to wheelchair users. Of those, 12 are fully wheelchair accessible, with two additionally fitted with tracking hoists in both the bedroom and bathroom.

That same approach extends throughout the hotel, including:

  • A Changing Places facility is located on Level B1 alongside the main guest amenities serving Reception and Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge.
  • On Level 4, the SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing floor includes an infinity swimming pool with a pool hoist, ensuring that access reaches into all areas of the guest experience.
  • Eleven accessible WCs available across public areas.

What emerges is a hotel where accessibility is embedded as part of the whole.

The decision to join Accessible Hospitality Alliance reflects that position, placing Pan Pacific London within a growing group of operators where accessibility is understood as integral to how hospitality is delivered.

Reflecting on the hotel’s decision to join the alliance, Anne Golden, General Manager, Pan Pacific London said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for the hotel to collaborate, network, gain valuable insights and shared best practices to ensure we are future-proofing our own accessibility for all guests.”

Charlotte Evans, Group Partnerships Director, Accessible Hospitality Alliance

Charlotte Evans, Group Partnerships Director at Accessible Hospitality Alliance welcomed Anne and the Pan Pacific London team saying: “Accessibility delivered with such quiet confidence, at a hotel of this distinction, is incredibly encouraging. We’re delighted to welcome Pan Pacific London to the Accessible Hospitality Alliance as we shape a more inclusive future for hospitality.”

As Accessible Hospitality Alliance membership continues to grow, relationships such as this reflect a shared direction, one grounded in the ambition of a hospitality world that welcomes everyone and increasingly demonstrated in practice.

Future-proofing hospitality to be more accessible to guests and colleagues will once again be examined at The aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks, taking place at Barings, 20 Old Bailey, City of London, on Tuesday 9 June 2026.
