The Feathers Appoints Peter Prusaczyk as General Manager
The Feathers in Woodstock has announced the appointment of Peter Prusaczyk as General Manager, effective June 2026.

Peter joins the Michelin Key hotel following a 21-year career at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel, where he progressed through a series of leadership roles, from front-of-house operations to Food and Beverage Manager.
During his time at the five-star hotel, Peter played a key role in driving commercial performance, enhancing the guest experience and strengthening the property’s brand positioning.
He also contributed to the hotel’s continued success and international recognition, including its achievement of three Michelin Keys in both 2024 and 2025. Le Manoir is also home to its renowned two Michelin-starred restaurant, further cementing its reputation as one of the UK’s leading luxury culinary destinations.
In his previous role, Peter led all food and beverage operations, overseeing a team of more than 60 colleagues. He worked closely with chef Raymond Blanc to support operational excellence, profitability and service standards across the department.
Peter’s influence extends beyond hotel operations. Appointed an Academician of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in 2023, he continues to serve as a judge for the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Annual Awards of Excellence and the Gold Service Scholarship.
In 2022, he was also a finalist in the Master of Culinary Arts competition in Restaurant Service.
A passionate advocate for hospitality talent development, Peter spent much of his career at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons training, coaching and mentoring future industry leaders, while supporting candidates taking part in leading competitions and scholarships.
His leadership approach focuses on building strong team cultures, creating clear development pathways and delivering exceptional guest experiences through empowered, highly skilled teams.
