The Kayon Hotels & Resorts has opened The Kayon Gangga Resort in Ababi, Karangasem, East Bali.
Located close to Tirta Gangga Water Palace, the new resort has been developed around Balinese culture, dining, wellness and experiences connected to the surrounding region.
Its food and beverage offer includes three concepts.
Kepitu Restaurant focuses on dishes inspired by Balinese and wider Indonesian cooking, while Wanna Gangga provides an additional dining and social space within the resort.
Fujin Teppanyaki Restaurant introduces a Japanese teppanyaki concept, with interactive preparation forming part of the dining experience.
Wellness facilities are centred around Serayu Wellness, which offers treatments and experiences influenced by Balinese wellbeing traditions.
The resort has organised its wider guest programme around four themes: Celebrations, Local Heritage, Adventures and Wellness.
Experiences include opportunities to explore the cultural heritage surrounding Tirta Gangga and the landscape of Karangasem alongside culinary and wellness activities at the property.

The opening adds another property to The Kayon Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio in Bali as the group continues to develop hospitality concepts combining accommodation with dining, wellbeing and local cultural experiences.
