Kricket Group has promoted five members of its senior management team to newly created Director roles, strengthening its leadership structure as the London restaurant business prepares for its next phase of growth.

Effective from October 2026, Amelia Soro, Luke Bryan, Moncef Mansour, Keith Naidu and Will Rogers have been appointed Directors of Marketing, Food, People, Operations and Beverage respectively.
All five appointments have been made internally, reflecting the experience developed within the restaurant group and its commitment to creating career progression opportunities for existing employees.
The newly established positions will provide leadership across Kricket’s UK operations, supporting the continued development of its restaurant portfolio and potential expansion into international markets.
Among those promoted are Moncef Mansour and Will Rogers, who both joined Kricket in 2016 and have spent a decade contributing to the development of the group’s people and beverage operations.
Mansour, now Director of People, joined the original management team responsible for opening Kricket Soho, having previously worked at Soho House.
He subsequently moved from restaurant operations into the group’s people function, taking responsibility for developing and supporting its workforce.
Rogers has been appointed Director of Beverage, having originally joined as Bar Manager in 2016.
During his time with Kricket, he has developed the group’s drinks programme and contributed to the launch and development of SOMA, alongside overseeing beverage operations across the wider business.
Luke Bryan has been promoted to Director of Food, following a career with Kricket that began in 2018 when he joined as Junior Sous Chef.
He has since progressed through several senior kitchen positions, including Head Chef, Projects Head Chef and Group Head Chef.
Bryan was also a semi-finalist in BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013.
Keith Naidu has been appointed Director of Operations, having joined Kricket in 2018 as General Manager to oversee the opening of Kricket Brixton.
He subsequently progressed to Head of Operations, drawing on previous senior hospitality experience at Harvey Nichols and the Magazine Restaurant at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery.
Completing the appointments is Amelia Soro, who becomes Director of Marketing.
Soro joined Kricket as Head of Marketing in January 2025, bringing more than a decade of experience across hospitality marketing, reservations and events.
Her previous positions include marketing roles with MJMK Restaurants, Galvin Restaurants and Hawksmoor.
Kricket founders Rik Campbell and Will Bowlby said: “Kricket has always been built around great people. We’ve watched Amelia, Luke, Moncef, Keith and Will play a huge part in shaping Kricket into the business it is now. These are new roles for Kricket, but the people taking them on know our restaurants, teams, culture and what we’re trying to achieve.
“We’re incredibly proud that we can create these opportunities from within. Having this depth of experience and talent in our leadership team puts us in a really strong position for what comes next.”
The appointments come as Kricket continues to develop its UK restaurant operations while exploring potential opportunities in the United States.
By establishing dedicated Director positions across its key operational departments, the group is strengthening its management structure to support future growth while maintaining its focus on restaurant quality, hospitality and employee development.
