The Wolseley Hospitality Group has appointed new Head Chefs across three of its London restaurants.

Frank Fletcher has joined Fischer’s in Marylebone as Head Chef, while Jenson Santos moves from Fischer’s to lead the kitchen at The Wolseley City.
Jai Shaikh completes the changes, moving from The Wolseley City to become Head Chef at Colbert in Chelsea.
Fletcher joins the group from Quo Vadis and takes over the kitchen at Fischer’s from Santos.
Santos previously worked at Wright Brothers Seafood Restaurant and German Gymnasium before joining The Wolseley Hospitality Group.
His new position will see him lead the kitchen at The Wolseley City, the group’s restaurant close to Monument in the City of London.

Shaikh, who previously worked with The Ivy Collection, moves from The Wolseley City to Colbert, the group’s neighbourhood restaurant on Sloane Square in Chelsea.
Charles Hilton, Group Executive Chef said: “It has been a real pleasure working with both chefs and seeing Jenson and Jai develop within the group. They have both made a strong contribution to the success of their kitchens, and these moves are a well-deserved next step in their careers. Jenson’s move from Fischer’s to The Wolseley City and Jai’s move from The Wolseley City to Colbert are exciting opportunities for them to bring their experience and leadership to new operations. I’m delighted to see them continue to progress within the company, as well as welcoming Frank to the group, and look forward to seeing the impact they make in their new roles.”
Founded in 2003, The Wolseley Hospitality Group operates a collection of restaurants across London.

Its portfolio comprises The Wolseley, The Wolseley City, The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel, Colbert, Fischer’s, Bellanger, Soutine and Manzi’s of Soho.
