Bunny Jackson’s is to open its first venue outside Manchester at Liverpool ONE this October.

Bunny’s Kitchen will open within the new Junkyard Social Club, which is being created through the transformation of the existing Junkyard Golf Club site at Paradise Street.
The opening represents the first expansion outside Manchester for Bunny Jackson’s, which launched in 2017.
The operator said it has sold more than eight million chicken wings since opening and will bring its established 50p wing offer to Liverpool.
Bunny’s Kitchen will be positioned alongside the new stage at Junkyard Social Club and will serve food until 10pm each day.
The menu will include crispy chicken wings available with sauces including Buffalo, Nashville Hot and BBQ, alongside beef and chicken burgers, loaded fries, tater tots, mozzarella sticks and onion rings.
Its Hot Wings Challenge will also be introduced at the Liverpool location, featuring its Hotter Than The Sun wings.
Students will be offered 10p wings on Wednesdays alongside unlimited crazy golf when presenting valid student identification and signing up to the Friends of Ours discount scheme.
The opening forms part of Junkyard Golf Club’s transformation of its 14,000 sq ft Liverpool ONE venue into the first Junkyard Social Club.
The expanded concept will retain crazy golf while introducing a new stage, interactive darts, pool, American cornhole and two UV karaoke rooms.
A bookable gaming area will also feature arcade games including Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero and Street Fighter.
Bunny Jackson’s will bring its Bandaoke format to Liverpool, combining a live band with an open microphone for customers.
Sam Jones, Managing Director at Junkyard, said: “Food was always going to be a big part of the transformation, and we wanted a partner that people genuinely get excited about. Bunny’s has been a Manchester staple for years, so it felt right to finally bring them over to Liverpool.
“We can’t wait to get the doors open – so Liverpool can grab some good scran, get stuck in to our new activities, catch some live music and make a proper night of it at Junkyard Social Club.”
Junkyard Social Club and Bunny’s Kitchen are scheduled to open at the end of October, with a launch party taking place on 30 October.
