Wraps & Wings has launched DUNK’D, a new limited-time menu focused on sauces, customisation and flavour discovery.

The range is launching across Eatphoria’s portfolio of brands this month and is aimed primarily at Gen Z and millennial customers.
DUNK’D introduces seven South African-inspired sauces: Lemon & Garlic, Tangy Tomato, Medium Peri Peri, Special Aged Chilli, Hot Peri Peri, Extra Hot Peri Peri and Flaming Chilli.
The menu includes two new burgers designed to be fully dunked in a customer’s chosen sauce.
The Firecracker Burger combines buttermilk fried chicken with mayonnaise, slaw, pickles and crispy onions in a toasted brioche bun.
The Thunderclap Burger features a beef sausage patty with red salsa, diced red onion and crispy onions before being coated in the customer’s choice of sauce.
DUNK’D Fries and DUNK’D Tots are also available with a 4oz sauce pot, while customers can order individual Big DUNK’D Pots or a three-pot selection to try different flavours.
Wraps & Wings said the limited-time offer has been developed in response to increased interest in dipping sauces and customisable flavour combinations across the QSR market.
The launch also forms part of the brand’s wider food strategy, with limited-time menus being used to introduce new flavours and formats without significantly expanding the permanent core menu.
Mohammad Shaikh, CEO and Co-Founder of Eatphoria, said: “Sauces have always played an important role in how we think about flavour and customisation, and we are seeing dipping become a much bigger part of the QSR experience. With DUNK’D, we wanted to take that further and make the sauce the centre of the occasion.
“We travelled to South Africa to taste and select the sauces ourselves. What stood out was the breadth of flavour available, from creamy and mild through to really bold peri-peri heat. That gives customers much more opportunity to discover different flavours and personalise the experience around their own tastes.
“We know that our customers are going to love this new range of limited-time offers, ahead of what will no doubt be a busy winter period for our franchisees.”
