RBH Hospitality Management Strengthens Senior Leadership Team Amid Portfolio Growth

September 10, 2026

RBH Hospitality Management has announced four senior appointments and internal promotions as the hotel management company continues to grow its UK portfolio.

Stuart Houston has been promoted to RBH’s Executive Committee as Chief Operational Finance Officer after 11 years with the business.

Houston has overseen the company’s operational finance functions and worked on projects spanning technology, data analytics and automation, including developments designed to improve forecasting and reporting.

Claire Barrowclough has been promoted to Operations Director.

Barrowclough joined RBH in 2018 and has held roles across several of the company’s hotels, working with different brands and service levels before moving into the wider operational leadership position.

RBH has also made two senior changes within its commercial team.

Kim Pedlar has been promoted from Director of Independent Hotel Sales Performance to Group Director of Sales.

Lesley Divers has joined as Group Director of Revenue, bringing more than a decade of hotel industry experience to the role.

The appointments follow a period of portfolio expansion for RBH, including several new hotel signings during 2026.

These include two Staybridge Suites properties in Liverpool and Newcastle, Radisson Hotel Liverpool and Hyatt Place London City East, which represents RBH’s first Hyatt-branded hotel.

The company was also recently appointed to manage the five-star Cameron House resort on Loch Lomond, further expanding its luxury hotel portfolio.

Speaking about his appointment to the Executive Committee, Houston said: “Having been with the business for over a decade, I’m honoured to have played a part in its growth journey alongside our talented teams.

“I’m excited to step into this new role and keep up our momentum as a driving force in the industry.”

David Hart, CEO at RBH Hospitality Management, said: “We are undergoing an exciting period of growth at RBH as we strengthen our reputation as the UK’s partner of choice for hospitality investors.

“These appointments and promotions signal our ambition to continue to expand as we strengthen key areas of our business, therefore ensuring we are best placed as a leading hotel management company to support our owners and brand partners.

“They also reflect our belief that our people are our strongest asset. With our average length of service sitting at eight years across our whole business and our Executive Committee’s averaging at nearly 17 years, we are incredibly proud of the culture we have at RBH, and development plays a key part in this.”
