Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has launched La Croissanterie, a new all-day concept built around sweet and savoury croissants.

Created by chef Yannick Alléno, La Croissanterie is open daily from noon until 8pm in Pavyllon Lounge.
The concept takes inspiration from Parisian café culture and the French tradition of an afternoon pause, with hand-laminated croissants baked daily before being used as the basis for a range of dishes.
Savoury croissants start from £15 and include Caesar Chicken, combining the pastry with flavours associated with a classic Caesar salad.
The Scottish Lobster pairs lobster with egg mayonnaise, smoked pike roe and fresh tarragon.
Further savoury options include Arabic Lamb with 36-hour confit lamb shoulder and Asian Wagyu with sautéed Wagyu beef.
Sweet options include the Hazelnut Chocolate Croissant, featuring chocolate ganache, salted caramel and chocolate shavings.
The Almond Praliné combines toasted almond cream, caramelised almonds and vanilla glaze.
A drinks menu has been developed to accompany the croissants, including coffees made with an exclusive Lavazza blend, iced Kagoshima ceremonial matcha, cold brew drinks and JING teas.
La Croissanterie will also offer a selection of Alléno’s chocolate creations.
These range from individual chocolate sticks to a trilogy featuring Tahitian vanilla bean, coffee and Breton shortbread flavours.
The concept extends Pavyllon London’s food and beverage offer beyond its Michelin-starred restaurant, creating an additional afternoon and early-evening dining occasion within Pavyllon Lounge.
La Croissanterie by Yannick Alléno is now open from noon until 8pm daily at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.
