Cyrus Todiwala OBE has partnered with Experiences by Wembley Stadium to create a bespoke food offer for Diljit Dosanjh’s show at Wembley Stadium connected by EE on 12 September.

The chef, author and television personality has worked alongside Wembley Stadium Head of Culinary Harry Lomas MBE to develop a series of Indian menus across the venue’s hospitality lounges and wider food and beverage operation.
Punjabi-inspired dishes will feature across premium hospitality spaces including One Twenty and Bobby Moore, alongside general concessions throughout the stadium.
The menu includes Punjabi Lamb Seekh Kebab, Punjabi Makhani Chicken, Golden Mango, Lychee & Yuzu Spire and Punjabi Lambe Samosa & Chana Dal.
Ingredients for the menus have been sourced from within 50 miles of Wembley Stadium, working with local suppliers and markets to support the focus on Punjabi flavours and spices.
Guests entering One Twenty and Bobby Moore will also be welcomed by traditional Dhol drummers as part of the wider hospitality experience.
In the One Twenty lounge, Todiwala has created a dedicated course-by-course menu combining regional Indian ingredients with contemporary culinary techniques.
Todiwala will also make a live appearance in The Residency during the evening, meeting members and hospitality guests as part of an interactive dining experience.
Cyrus Todiwala OBE said: “Bringing authentic, high calibre Indian gastronomy into an iconic venue like Wembley Stadium on a night celebrating an artist as monumental as Diljit Dosanjh is an incredible honour.
“Working alongside Harry Lomas and the culinary team at Wembley, we’ve built a menu that honours traditional flavours while delivering the polish and speed required for world-class hospitality.
“And I’m genuinely thrilled to have been able to source specialist suppliers from the local area to ensure a truly authentic taste.”
Harry Lomas MBE, Head of Culinary at Wembley Stadium, said: “Collaborating with Cyrus has once again allowed us to push the boundaries of stadium dining for this event.
“The menus we’ve developed together bring genuine authenticity, warmth, and flavour to every corner of the venue for what will undoubtedly be one of the biggest nights of the year.
“And as he says, being able to partner with specialist suppliers from the local area has meant we are cooking with the highest quality of ingredients and spices.”
The collaboration brings together Wembley Stadium’s hospitality operation with a menu developed specifically around the cultural identity of Dosanjh’s show and its audience.
Diljit Dosanjh will perform at Wembley Stadium connected by EE on Saturday 12 September 2026.
