Constellation Hotels has appointed Neil Jacobs as Chief Executive Officer of its new luxury hospitality management business.
Jacobs will lead the development of a new global hospitality brand created to operate Constellation Hotels’ growing portfolio of hotels, resorts and residences.
The portfolio currently includes London properties The Connaught, The Emory and The Berkeley alongside the forthcoming Saint-Germain hotel in Paris, a development in Marrakech and Hackwood Park, an English country estate.
Each property will retain its existing name and individual identity within the new collection, which is scheduled to be unveiled later in 2026.
Jacobs brings extensive international luxury hospitality and brand development experience to the position.
He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Six Senses and is the founder of creative advisory collective Wild Origins.
In his new role, Jacobs will work alongside Gianluca Muzzi, CEO of Constellation Hotels, to establish and develop the hospitality management business.
The new operating company will assume responsibility for operations across the portfolio.
It will also take over management of Constellation Hotels’ London properties following the conclusion of their current management arrangements, with the transition planned to maintain continuity across service and guest experience.
Constellation Hotels will remain owner and long-term steward of the properties, retaining responsibility for investment and the wider strategy of the portfolio.
The creation of the new management platform represents the next stage of Constellation Hotels’ development as it builds an international collection of individually positioned luxury properties.
