Accor has launched its AI-powered ALL Concierge following a pilot involving more than one million guest conversations since July 2025.

The conversational service has been designed to support guests throughout their journey, from initial travel inspiration and hotel discovery to booking management and in-stay interactions.
Accor describes the rollout as the first large-scale deployment by a hospitality group of an end-to-end conversational AI companion.
ALL Concierge can recommend hotels based on a guest’s preferred type of holiday, mood or experience, provide information about individual properties and connect users with Accor’s booking platform within the same conversation.
The system can also recognise returning guests and use information including preferences, previous stays and loyalty profiles to personalise responses.
Accor said most requests can be handled autonomously, with human support teams able to take over when an enquiry requires additional assistance or a more complex response.
The service currently supports 11 languages and is available through ALL.com, the ALL Accor app, WhatsApp and iMessage.
Accor said it intends to expand language availability further by the end of 2026.
The technology has been developed using findings from its pilot, which began in July 2025 and generated more than one million guest conversations.
Accor said testing demonstrated that travellers were using conversational technology for more than traditional customer service, including travel inspiration, property discovery and comparison as well as support during the booking process.
Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor, said: “Every great concierge remembers your name and anticipates what you need before you ask. For decades, that level of attention was the privilege of a few. Today, we are making it available to every guest, everywhere, at any hour.
“And yet, behind every exceptional stay, there will always be a person who cares. Our teams are the heart of Accor.
“What changes today is that they will have a companion just as tireless and attentive, freeing them to focus on what no technology will ever replicate: the human connection that makes hospitality truly memorable.”
Alongside the guest-facing platform, Accor is introducing The Butler, an AI-powered tool designed for hotel employees.
The Butler provides teams with access to operational information, guidance, advice and recommendations during their working day and can direct staff towards relevant human experts where required.
Accor said the objective is to reduce the time employees spend finding information and handling routine processes, creating more time for direct interaction with guests.
Together, ALL Concierge and The Butler form part of Accor’s wider strategy to deploy AI across both guest-facing and hotel operations while retaining human involvement for interactions requiring judgement, expertise and personal service.
