Estelle Community has unveiled Celeste, a new all-day Italian American restaurant in Notting Hill and the brand’s first concept open to the public.

Located on the ground floor of Estelle Community’s newly launched hosted home and private members’ club at 45 Ledbury Road, Celeste marks a significant evolution for the hospitality group, extending its offering beyond the members-only experience associated with Maison Estelle.
Housed within the restored townhouse that was formerly home to the iconic Beach Blanket Babylon, Celeste has been designed as a neighbourhood restaurant where guests can gather from morning through to late evening in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
The concept combines Italian American cuisine with Californian influences, focusing on seasonal ingredients, approachable dining and a sociable atmosphere.
Founder and CEO of Estelle Community, Sharan Pasricha, said: “With Celeste, we wanted to create somewhere that fits naturally into people’s lives – a place where you can stop by for a coffee, meet friends for lunch, open a bottle of wine that turns into dinner, or simply spend time together.
“Guests might arrive separately, but by the end they’re likely sharing stories around the same table. That is really what Celeste is about – a place for people to relax, connect and enjoy being together.”
The menu features a selection of Italian American dishes designed for sharing and leisurely dining. Highlights include Atlantic bluefin tuna crudo, Diavola pizzette, Polpette al sugo and a variety of handmade pasta dishes, including the restaurant’s signature linguine ai tre pomodori.
Breakfast is also served throughout the week, with options ranging from lighter dishes such as chia seed bowls and açai granola to more indulgent offerings including Benedict rösti and French toast with mandarin and yuzu marmalade.
Wine plays a central role in the concept, with a collection of more than 1,000 bottles and over 200 wines available by the glass. The programme combines established producers with lesser-known wineries and exclusive bottlings, encouraging guests to explore a broad range of styles and regions.
The design reflects the restaurant’s focus on comfort and conviviality. A front terrace extends the dining space outdoors, while interiors feature hand-painted murals, intricate marquetry detailing, a central wraparound bar and a courtyard centred around an eighteenth-century stone fireplace.
Above the restaurant, Estelle Community’s members’ spaces span three floors and include bars, dining venues and private entertaining areas. Together they form the group’s new hosted home concept, designed to encourage connection, conversation and extended social experiences.
The launch of Celeste represents an important milestone for Estelle Community, creating a destination that combines the group’s hospitality philosophy with a more accessible public-facing dining experience in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
