Manchester Arndale has announced dessert restaurant, Creams Cafe, will soon be opening at the centre. The restaurant space has been let on a 15-year lease, offering shoppers the full Creams Cafe experience of flamboyant and indulgent desserts for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.
