With a growing number of chefs wanting versatility and that ‘freshly baked’ selling point when it comes to the bread they offer, Speciality Breads recently launched its first range of frozen doughs.
Driving kitchen and menu creativity, each new dough can be personalized with toppings such as poppy seeds or sesame seeds and easily cut to specific sizes to suit certain dishes and occasions.
Simple and easy to use, the new products just need to be defrosted proved, shaped and then baked for perfect, personal bread every time.
Made using the same high-quality ingredients used in the company’s award-winning frozen breads, not only do the new frozen doughs guarantee that much-loved Speciality Breads’ flavour and taste, but their versatility enables chefs to stay ahead of the latest trends and can also help them alleviate waste.
