Aviator, a luxury independent hotel owned by TAG located just outside London in Farnborough, has been accredited by Investors in People (IiP), it has been announced today.
Following the completion of a rigorous 12-month assessment process by IiP, Aviator has successfully joined the 14,000 other organisations across 75 countries that also hold the internationally recognised status, demonstrating the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to its people management structure and practices.
To be awarded with accreditation, organisations must consistently outperform their peers across nine key indicators within the IiP framework. These include; leading and inspiring people, living the organisation’s values, empowering and involving people, managing performance, recognising and rewarding high performance, structuring work, building capacity, delivering continuous improvement and creating sustainable success.
