Following on the success of his restaurants in Chester, Bristol and Aughton, Marco is proud to open the Steakhouse Bar & Grill in Liverpool on Monday 6th June 2011.
Steaks are our speciality, so we use the very best beef from the Trough of Bowland in Lancashire, all served with triple cooked chips in beef dripping. The menu also has Great British classics such as Shepherds Pie, Fried haddock with chips and mushy peas and Sherry Trifle Wally Lad, along with some French influences like Parfait of Foie Gras, raisin sec, en Gelée Madeira and Rump of lamb á la Dijonnaise, Pomme Dauphinoise.

Meet Marco
Reservations are now being taken for lunch and dinner on the 16th June launch date. Marco will be hosting these two unforgettable dining experiences which start with a glass of Champagne, followed by 3 delicious courses put together by Marco and Head Chef Peter Mills.
A copy of the book “Marco Made Easy” will be presented to each guest which Marco will personally sign.
