Corinthia London has announced the appointment of Daniele Quattromini as the hotel’s new Director of Food & Beverage, succeeding Helio Andrade.
In his new role, Daniele will work closely with both Managing Director Thomas Kochs, and the hotel’s Executive Chef André Garrett, overseeing Corinthia London’s restaurants and bars, including The Northall restaurant and bar, Bassoon Bar (currently closed for refurbishment), Afternoon Tea in the Crystal Moon Lounge, the Spa Lounge in tht hotel’s spa ESPA Life, In Room Dining and private dining and events.
Corinthia London Managing Director Thomas Kochs said: “I am delighted to see Daniele achieve this milestone in his career. He will bring inspiring leadership to the Food & Beverage division, and I look forward to continuing to work with him on new guest experiences and moments of culinary excellence.”
Born and raised in London, Daniele’s career kicked off at Hendon Hall Hotel in Brent, where he spent a year in various front-of-house roles, including managing private events (2008-09). This was followed by a BA in Hospitality Management at Bournemouth University (2009-13), during which time he completed a number of work placements, including a return to Hendon Hall as Head Waiter; a year at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons as Chef de Rang; and a brief stint at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa as Head Waiter.
In September 2013, Daniele was appointed Trainee Hospitality Manager at law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, before being promoted to Assistant Hospitality Manager just three months later. He left in April 2014 to join ClubLounge39 at Canary Wharf as General Manager, spending two years there before being appointed Food & Beverage Manager at Cliveden House in Berkshire.
In October 2017, Daniele joined Corinthia London as Northall Operations Manager, where he was responsible for the day-to-day running of The Northall Restaurant and Bar. In June 2021, Daniele was promoted to Deputy Director of Food & Beverage.
As well as being an Acorn Award Winner, Daniele won the Gold Service Scholarship Award in 2015, and still works closely with the organisation.
