Incipio Group, London based operator of venues including Pergola, The Prince and Lost in Brixton today announces that Josie Adams has been promoted to the position of People Director.
Josie Adams, People Director, Incipio GroupAdams joined the group as Head of People in August 2020 from pub operator Young’s, where as Head of Learning and Development she was responsible for its award-winning training, development and company culture. Prior to her time at Young’s, Adams created and delivered training plans for over 180 businesses with career achievements to date including awards for innovation and development at the National Innovation and Training Awards.
