Market Brasserie at InterContinental London – The O2 will cook up some delicious Syrian-inspired dishes this December to raise money for Unicef’s Children of Syria fund.
The restaurant, situated on the Greenwich Peninsula, is taking part in #CookForSyria, a global fundraising initiative to raise awareness of the plight of children in the war torn country.
A brand new Syrian inspired menu has been created by the hotel restaurant, and £2 from the sale of each dish will be donated to Unicef.
The menu includes Syrian mezze for two with spiced lamb chops and pomegranate sauce, dolmades, grilled vegetables, duo of hummus, tabbouleh salad, falafel, grilled halloumi cheese and pita bread.
