Revolution Bars Group – the nationwide operator of premium cocktail bars and restaurants – has scooped the City of London’s ‘Safety Thirst’ award for Revolution Leadenhall Street, making it officially the safest bar in the capital.
The ‘Safety Thirst’ scheme has been running for the past 12 years and is open to all licensed premises in the City of London. It aims to promote high standards in reducing crime and anti-social behaviour, whilst also helping to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for the general public to socialise in. There are over 600 licensed premises within the City and Revolution came out triumphantly in joint first place.
Zolly Branch, General Manager of Revolution Leadenhall Street, comments: “It’s an honour to collect this award from the City of London as it’s great to see our values and efforts recognised by our peers and neighbours. Our bar has had a record-breaking year for sales so far, and this award affirms our all-round business success. We put our customers at the heart of everything we do and safety is – and always will be – our number one priority.”
Revolution Leadenhall Street opened in July 2007 and has proved to be a popular dining and drinking spot for city workers, tourists and locals over the past 10 years. The Revolution brand is driven by a premium proposition of experimental cocktails, coupled with a menu of contemporary British and Stateside classics including pizzas, burgers and wraps.
