Rosewood Foundation is inviting women working across the hospitality industry to apply for the 2027 edition of Rise to the Table, its international leadership development programme, which will take place in London from 7–13 March 2027.

Hosted at The Chancery Rosewood, the programme will bring together emerging female hospitality leaders for a week of professional development, coaching, mentorship and industry networking.
Applications remain open until 6 November 2026, with Rosewood seeking ten participants for the next cohort.
The London residency follows the inaugural Rise to the Table programme, which took place at Rosewood Hong Kong earlier this year.
Established to address barriers to career progression and leadership opportunities for women within the hospitality sector, the initiative provides participants with access to experienced industry professionals, international networks and structured leadership development.
The week-long residency will explore personal leadership, business strategy and innovation, alongside opportunities to exchange ideas with professionals working across restaurants, hotels, bars and the wider hospitality industry.
Following the London programme, each participant will be paired with a senior Rosewood leader for a year-long mentorship designed to support their continued professional development.
Sonia Cheng, Chief Executive Officer of Rosewood Hotel Group and Chairperson of Rosewood Foundation, said: “Rise to the Table was created from a simple belief: championing female talent is how we shape the future of hospitality. As we bring the program to London, our ambition is to help women step into leadership roles and to inspire the lasting, systemic change our industry needs to become more inclusive and more resilient.”
The programme welcomes applications from women working across food, beverage and hospitality, including chefs, bartenders, sommeliers, service professionals and those developing careers in wider hospitality management.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over, have at least five years of industry experience and be available to travel to London for approximately one week in March 2027.
Candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to the hospitality industry, an interest in leadership development and proficiency in written and spoken English.
There are no specific educational qualification requirements, allowing candidates from different professional backgrounds and career pathways to apply.
The selection process requires applicants to submit a CV and respond to a series of questions through video, audio or written submissions. Two reference letters may also be provided but are optional.
Mehvesh Mumtaz Ahmed, Vice President of Impact and Sustainability at Rosewood Hotel Group and Board Director of Rosewood Foundation, said: “The success of our inaugural program validated the power of creating access to the right networks, skills and champions. Bringing Rise to the Table to London allows us to build on that momentum, connecting a new generation of women with the confidence, community and opportunities to shape their careers and the future of hospitality.”
The first edition of Rise to the Table brought together women from several countries and hospitality disciplines, combining leadership discussions with professional mentoring and opportunities to develop international industry connections.
By hosting the next programme in London, Rosewood Foundation intends to draw on the city’s established hospitality sector and its network of restaurants, hotels and international businesses.
The initiative forms part of Rosewood Foundation’s wider activities focused on expanding access to employment, professional development and opportunities for women and young people.
Applications for Rise to the Table London 2027 close on Friday 6 November 2026.
