Hilton has transitioned Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya to all-inclusive resort operations as it expands its presence in the luxury all-inclusive market.

Both properties, located on Mexico’s Caribbean coast, will retain separate brand identities, with Waldorf Astoria positioned around a more private adult experience and Conrad Tulum offering a multi-generational resort.
From 10 January 2027, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will operate as an adults-only resort for registered guests aged 18 and over.
Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will remain open to families while introducing Ceiba Club, a dedicated adults-only section for guests aged 18 and over.
Sylvia Scholey, Vice President and Global Head All-Inclusive and Resorts at Hilton, said: “As we continue to expand Hilton’s All-Inclusive portfolio, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya give guests a more personal way to stay, dine and explore the local culture, all made possible by the thoughtful service and exceptional hospitality Hilton is known for.
“Today’s travelers want the freedom and ease of an All-Inclusive resort, paired with the distinctive depth, personalization and sense of place they expect from Hilton’s award-winning luxury brands.”
Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will combine its all-inclusive format with a dedicated Personal Concierge service responsible for coordinating dining, wellness, transportation, excursions and other experiences before and during each stay.
Its food and beverage programme will include Malpeque, Chaya, JA’O and Peacock Alley, alongside experiences ranging from agave discovery and tableside dining to Mexican coffee tastings and masterclasses.
The resort will also offer activities spanning wellness, culture, food and creativity, including oceanfront yoga, Mayan breathwork, sound healing, heritage textiles and mixology.
Eligible stays of four consecutive nights or longer may include one selected resort experience or destination excursion.
At Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, the food and beverage offer will include Mediterranean restaurant Maratea, Japanese concept Ukai, teppanyaki at Kengai and the Chiringuito Crudo and Chiringuito Leña venues.
The adults-only Ceiba Club will provide access to Autor, Ceiba Lounge and Carbon Restaurant, Pool & Beach. Autor serves contemporary Mexican cuisine and is recognised by the MICHELIN Guide.
Younger guests will continue to be catered for through the MYTHOS World kids’ club, while the wider resort programme will incorporate wellness, cultural, creative and destination-led activities.
Both resorts will also include 24-hour in-room dining, minibar provisions and concierge support within their expanded all-inclusive offers.
The two properties will join Hilton’s wider portfolio of all-inclusive resorts as the group continues to expand its presence in the category.
