Foxhills Collection has appointed Hayley Porter as Learning & Development Manager, with responsibility for learning and development across Foxhills Club & Resort and Farleigh.

Porter joins the HR team and will work with leaders and colleagues across both Surrey properties, focusing on skills development, leadership capabilities and career progression.
Her remit will include developing future talent, strengthening management and leadership skills and creating learning opportunities for colleagues across the business.
Porter brings more than 20 years of experience with Merlin Entertainments, where she worked across operational and HR teams, including Learning & Development roles.
Her new position will combine that operational and HR experience with a focus on developing practical learning programmes and strengthening the learning culture across Foxhills Collection.
Porter said: “Creating positive experiences for colleagues and guests has been a consistent focus throughout my career, alongside developing people and supporting them to perform at their best.
“I’m looking forward to bringing this experience to Foxhills, strengthening our learning culture and creating opportunities for colleagues to develop, progress and reach their potential.”
Tej Walia, Managing Director of Foxhills Collection, said: “We are excited to have Hayley join the Foxhills Collection team at this time.
“By investing in our teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning, Foxhills Collection can enable its people to deliver exceptional experiences for members and guests, bringing our purpose to life: creating a place where everyone leaves feeling better than when they arrived.”
