Creams Café Secures Cineworld Partnership as New Kiosk Model Launches

October 6, 2026

Creams Café has agreed a new partnership with Cineworld that will see the dessert brand introduce dedicated kiosks across the cinema operator’s UK estate.

Creams Café Cineworld partnership

The first phase will see five Creams kiosks open at Cineworld cinemas in Feltham, Hemel Hempstead, Hounslow, Stevenage and Basildon by the end of 2026.

Further Cineworld locations are expected to follow as the partnership develops.

The agreement introduces Creams’ new kiosk format and marks the brand’s first significant move into the cinema sector as it looks to expand beyond its traditional café estate.

The kiosks have been developed specifically for cinema environments, with a reduced menu designed to enable products to be served in under 90 seconds.

The offer will include Creams’ gelatos, sorbets, sundaes, scoop shakes, soft swirl sundaes, churros and goo-bakes.

The kiosks will also incorporate Creams’ refreshed brand identity.

Creams said the format will provide a more flexible model for expansion into leisure, travel and other high-footfall locations.

The Cineworld agreement follows a period of expansion for the business, including its first international franchise agreements in Greece and Cyprus.

Everett Fieldgate, CEO of Creams Café said:

“We’re delighted to be partnering with Cineworld on what we see as a significant growth opportunity for Creams. The partnership allows us to extend the brand into a complementary leisure environment while introducing Creams to millions of cinema visitors across the UK.

It reflects our ambition to build Creams into a broader lifestyle brand, reaching customers beyond our traditional Café estate and creating new platforms for long-term growth.”

Tim Sparrow, Head of Retail, Cineworld, said:

“We are tremendously excited to partner with Creams Café. At Cineworld, we strive to create the best possible experience for all our customers, so being able to add Creams’ exceptional product to our offering allows us the opportunity to better meet our customers’ needs and add even more indulgence to the experience.”
