Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is expanding its Wyndham Garden brand across Türkiye with a new hotel in Antalya and the brand’s forthcoming debut in Istanbul.
Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı opened in July, while the 93-room Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina is expected to begin welcoming guests in October 2026.
The two additions strengthen Wyndham Garden’s presence across both leisure and urban markets in Türkiye.
Located in Antalya’s Konyaaltı district, Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı comprises 83 rooms and suites, including accommodation designed for extended stays with separate living areas and kitchenettes.
The newly built six-storey hotel is approximately 3km from Konyaaltı Beach, 8km from Antalya’s Kaleiçi old town and 20km from Antalya Airport.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, spa with Turkish bath and sauna, fitness centre, restaurant and poolside terrace.
Two meeting rooms provide capacity for a combined 85 guests.
The property is owned and operated by Edmus Turizm Otel İşletmeciliği Ticaret Limited Şirketi under a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina will become the brand’s first property in Istanbul when it opens in October.
Situated on Istanbul’s Anatolian side, the 93-room hotel will be located close to Viaport Marina and Tuzla Shipyard, approximately 300 metres from Güzelyalı Marmaray station and 12km from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport.
Facilities will include three meeting rooms, a spa with Turkish bath and sauna and a restaurant serving international cuisine.
The hotel is owned and operated by Steel Ant Grup Yapı Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

Wyndham currently operates more than 130 hotels across almost 50 cities in Türkiye under 11 brands.
The existing Wyndham Garden portfolio in the country includes Wyndham Garden Lara in Antalya, Wyndham Garden Çambaşı in Ordu and Wyndham Garden Diyarbakır.
Wyndham said its development pipeline in Türkiye currently comprises more than 40 hotel projects.
