Numa Relaunches Chelsea Green Hotel Five Days After Operational Handover

September 10, 2026

Numa Group has taken over the operation of a 57-key hotel in Chelsea and relaunched the property under its Numa brand within five days of operational handover.

Located at 35 Ixworth Place, the property now trades as Numa London Chelsea Green following the completion of a hotel management agreement.

Numa typically targets a maximum period of 14 days between taking operational control of an existing property and bringing it live on its platform.

At Chelsea Green, the transition was completed in five days.

The process included migrating the hotel’s distribution, pricing and inventory alongside guest operations, property systems, compliance and financial processes.

Dimitri Chandogin, Co-Founder and President of Numa Group, said: “An operator transition is ultimately about execution.

“Once an asset is handed over, owners need confidence that the incoming operator can assume full responsibility quickly, protect the guest experience and keep income disruption to an absolute minimum.

“At Chelsea Green, we were fully operational under Numa within five days. That is the kind of speed, reliability and operational certainty we have built our platform to deliver for real estate partners across Europe.”

Numa combines hotel operations, branding, distribution, revenue management and proprietary technology within a single operating platform.

The approach is designed to allow existing hospitality properties to move onto a standardised operating framework rather than requiring a separate integration process for each takeover.

The Chelsea Green property further expands Numa’s presence in London and across its wider European portfolio.

In the UK, the hospitality group operates properties under both its Numa brand and Native by Numa, its premium lifestyle brand.
