Brook & Green to Open All-Day Restaurant and Wine Room in Chiswick

September 12, 2026

Brook & Green is set to open on Chiswick High Road at the end of September 2026, bringing a new 89-cover all-day restaurant and wine room to West London.

Brooke & Green

Located at 142 Chiswick High Road, the restaurant has been developed as a neighbourhood-led concept designed around regular local use across multiple dayparts.

The 89 covers will be spread across three spaces, comprising 49 seats on the ground floor, 14 on the terrace and 26 within a dedicated wine room downstairs.

The wine room has been developed around the restaurant’s working wine collection and will operate as a separate space for pre-dinner drinks, wine discovery and private dining.

Brook & Green’s menu will draw on Mediterranean, Asian and British influences, with a focus on ingredients and dishes designed to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast will be served from 8am until 11.30am on weekdays and until 12.30pm at weekends.

The all-day à la carte menu will run from midday until 11pm Monday to Thursday and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Sunday service will focus on brunch and lunch, with the restaurant closing at 6pm, while the wine room will open daily from 5pm.

The interiors have been redesigned around a warmer, craft-led approach, with a central bar, booth seating, linen drapery, layered lighting and a communal table featuring large-scale artwork.

The downstairs wine room will combine exposed brickwork with integrated bottle displays and timber shelving to create a separate identity from the main restaurant.

B3 Designers has led the refit, while hospitality consultancy Savvy IQ has overseen the wider turnaround and redevelopment from market and feasibility work through to the final concept.

Tim Price, Owner-Operator of Brook & Green, said: “This isn’t about building a name around one person or one kitchen – it’s about building a restaurant Chiswick will use every week, for years.

“That’s a different discipline to running a destination restaurant, and it’s exactly what we set out to do here.”

The opening comes amid continued hospitality investment along Chiswick High Road and reflects a wider move towards all-day formats designed to make greater use of restaurant spaces throughout the day.

Brook & Green is expected to create between 18 and 19 new roles when it opens at the end of September.
