SoBe Burger has continued its nationwide expansion with the opening of its first physical restaurant in the Midlands.

The Miami-inspired smash burger brand has opened in Leamington Spa, marking the latest step in its growth strategy.
Now open daily from 11.30am to 11pm, the restaurant offers 24 covers.
It is also available for delivery through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
SoBe Burger, a 2026 National Burger Award finalist, said it is the UK’s fastest-growing burger franchise.
The brand has grown to become the country’s fourth-largest burger franchise, currently operating across 229 active sites, including quick-service restaurant locations.
The Leamington Spa opening brings SoBe Burger’s menu of burgers, loaded fries and wings to its first physical Midlands restaurant.
The launch follows the brand serving more than 9.4 million burgers across the UK through its delivery network.
SoBe Burger said order volumes are growing 19% month on month.
Founded in London in 2019, SoBe, short for South Beach, Miami, was created after founders Tom and Alex were inspired by smash burgers during a trip to Miami.
The pair brought the flavour, attitude and energy of the format back to the UK.
The expansion is being driven by growth platform Sessions.
Sessions identified the Leamington Spa location as a prime dine-in site after its delivery data showed strong growth in the area.
The data is gathered by Sessions’ proprietary AI technology, Agatha.
The same approach has also been used to support the growth of brands including Mikos Gyros and Little Bao Boy from food names into nationwide franchises.
The Leamington Spa launch marks the next significant step in SoBe Burger’s nationwide expansion strategy with Sessions.
The brand said the opening means consumers can access its dishes at home, on the go or while dining in.
SoBe Burger owners Tom and Alex said: “Launching in the Midlands is a huge moment for SoBe Burger and a testament to how far the brand has come since we first started in London.
“We took a slightly unconventional path to growth by building our delivery network before expanding our dine-in restaurants, but we couldn’t be more grateful with how the brand’s been embraced both by our growth platform partner Sessions and the general public and burger lovers.
“We’re incredibly excited for this next chapter as we bring SoBe Burger franchise sites to the Midlands and beyond!”
