Shake Shack is set to open its newest UK location on Tooley Street this summer, bringing its signature menu to London Bridge.

Located within one of London’s busiest gateways between the City and South London, the new Shack will welcome locals, commuters and visitors to the area.
Guests can expect Shake Shack favourites including the ShackBurger, Crinkle Cut Fries, Flat-Top Dogs and hand-spun shakes, all served with the hospitality and community spirit the brand is known for.
The London Bridge opening marks Shake Shack’s 21st location in the UK.
Richard Franks, Business Director at Shake Shack UK, said: “We’re proud to meet the demand of fans who have been asking for another permanent location south of the river. London Bridge marks our 21st Shake Shack in the UK and one of our most ambitious builds to date.
“We’re ready to bring our high energy, passion, and hospitality to one of London’s most iconic and lively boroughs.”
Inspired by its setting within Hay’s Galleria, the London Bridge Shack will blend historic Victorian wharf architecture with a fresh riverside aesthetic.
Preserved architectural details and exposed brickwork will be paired with modern design to create a bright and inviting space for guests.
The opening strengthens Shake Shack’s presence in London while bringing the brand to one of the capital’s busiest hospitality, travel and leisure destinations.
