Two Twins Tacos to Expand to Spitalfields with Fourth Site

July 23, 2026

Two Twins Tacos will open its fourth site in Spitalfields this August.

Two Twins Tacos

Founded by Graham Bradbury in Brixton in 2023, the brand began as a street food concept before growing into a taco operator with sites in Brixton, Notting Hill, Kilburn and now Spitalfields.

Inspired by California’s beach culture, Two Twins Tacos is centred on bold flavours, fast service and affordability.

Two Twins Tacos first arrived in Brixton as a pop-up before opening its first permanent site in Brixton Village Market.

Following its growth in South London, the brand expanded to Portobello Road in Notting Hill in September 2025, before opening in Kilburn in June 2026.

The new Spitalfields opening places Two Twins Tacos in one of London’s busiest food and retail destinations, introducing the brand to a wider audience of workers, shoppers, tourists and market regulars.

Founder Graham Bradbury said: “We started Two Twins Tacos with the idea that proper tacos should be fast, affordable and full of flavour.

“For us, tacos should be accessible to everyone, not just certain groups — it’s about big flavour, good energy and making great food reachable to all.

“Spitalfields is a huge step for us, as it is one of London’s best food destinations, and we are excited to bring our Brixton-born, California-inspired taco energy to a new crowd.”

Blending Mexican roots with Californian creativity, the menu features a range of taco styles.

Options include the OG Soft Shell with pickled cabbage, salsa roja, avo crema, onion and coriander, and the Crispy Birria with mozzarella, onion, coriander and beef consommé.

Other dishes include the Vampiro, a hard shell taco filled with melted cheese and beef consommé, and the Cali Crunch, a hard shell taco with cheesy beans, lettuce and salsa.

The tacos can be filled with a range of slow-cooked classics and modern creations.

Seven fillings are available, including Birria Beef, Achiote Lamb and Pineapple Jerk Chicken.

Sides include tortilla chips and puffed pork scratchings, both served with the brand’s signature guac.

Guests can also choose from a selection of salsas and lima crema.

The drinks list keeps the same straightforward approach, with margaritas, mezcal, lager and soft drinks available.

Two Twins Tacos said the new Spitalfields site marks the next step for a high-energy brand with significant growth ambitions.
