The Doyle Collection has appointed Katie Farrell as Chief Commercial Officer.

The appointment marks a new chapter for the luxury hotel group as it continues to strengthen its global commercial and marketing strategy.
The Doyle Collection is an Irish, family-owned and operated hotel group with properties in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Its flagship property, The Westbury Hotel, is located in the heart of Dublin and is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
In the UK, The Marylebone, The Kensington and The Bloomsbury are all located in central London.
The group’s Irish hotels also include The River Lee in Cork and The Croke Park in Dublin, while The Dupont Circle is located in Washington DC.
Farrell assumes the role of Chief Commercial Officer following more than 11 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury.
During that time, she played a key role in shaping the hotel’s market positioning, driving sustained commercial performance and elevating its profile as one of Europe’s celebrated luxury properties.
Since joining The Doyle Collection in 2014, Farrell has helped deliver strategic growth, build high-performing teams and develop relationships across international markets.
In her new role, Farrell will be based at the group’s head office in Dublin.
She will lead the commercial, sales and marketing strategy across The Doyle Collection’s portfolio of eight landmark hotels.
Working closely with hotel leadership teams and head office colleagues, she will focus on strengthening the group’s global presence, enhancing brand performance and driving long-term commercial success.
Farrell said: “After more than 11 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury, I am delighted to take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer for The Doyle Collection.
“I have grown and learned so much within the Group since joining in 2014, and it has been a privilege to contribute to our commercial direction and sustained performance.
“As I begin this exciting new chapter, I look forward to leading our commercial and marketing direction, building on the strong foundations in place, and collaborating with our exceptional teams across Dublin, London, and our wider portfolio.”
Timur Sentuerk, Chief Executive Officer of The Doyle Collection, added: “Katie has been a driving force within The Doyle Collection for more than a decade, and her leadership, strategic insight, and deep understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape make her exceptionally well-placed to take on this important role.
“We are delighted to welcome her to the senior leadership team as we continue to invest in our properties, strengthen our brand and pursue ambitious plans for growth.”
