The newly created role will see Roth oversee operational performance across Corinthia’s existing portfolio, while leading operational readiness for the group’s upcoming openings in Italy, Doha, Riyadh, Dubai, the Maldives and Chengdu.

Based at the company’s headquarters in London, Roth will report directly to Simon Naudi, Group CEO and Managing Director of the Corinthia Group.

Corinthia Hotels is owned, developed and operated by International Hotel Investments plc, the Corinthia Group.

Simon Naudi said: “Peter brings a wealth of operational expertise that will directly strengthen our day-to-day hotel performance. His main focus will be on operations, service standards, and profitability across our existing Corinthia hotels. We are delighted to welcome such an experienced hotelier into the Corinthia family.”

Roth joins Corinthia with more than three decades of international luxury hospitality leadership experience across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing leadership teams and delivering guest experiences across several luxury hospitality brands.

Most recently, Roth served as Regional Vice President for Jumeirah, where he led one of the Middle East’s premier integrated luxury resort destinations.

Prior to joining Jumeirah, Roth spent 15 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, culminating in his appointment as Area Vice President for multi-brand assets across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Philadelphia.

Based at Park Hyatt New York, one of the brand’s flagship luxury hotels, he oversaw a portfolio spanning luxury, lifestyle and full-service assets.

Earlier in his career, Roth held operational leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across Europe and the Americas, establishing the foundations for a career defined by operational excellence and international leadership.

Having lived and worked across 11 countries, Roth brings a global perspective to luxury hospitality.

Fluent in English, Spanish and German, he is recognised for building strong organisational cultures, mentoring future hospitality leaders and creating operational environments where service excellence and commercial performance work together.

Peter Roth said: “Corinthia has built an exceptional reputation, and joining the Group at such an exciting stage of its international growth is both a privilege and a tremendous opportunity. I look forward to working alongside our hotel teams to strengthen operational excellence, empower our people and continue creating memorable experiences for our guests around the world.”

Roth’s personal interests include travel, architecture and gastronomy, reflecting his long-standing appreciation for destinations shaped by culture, history and hospitality.

His appointment strengthens Corinthia Hotels’ senior operations leadership as the group continues to prepare for international growth across key luxury hotel and resort markets.
