RBH Hospitality Management has announced the signing of its first Hyatt-branded hotel after being appointed by hotel owner Sun Venture to manage Hyatt Place London City East.

Located in the heart of East London, close to Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market, Hyatt Place London City East offers 276 rooms designed for both leisure and business guests.
The hotel also includes two fully equipped meeting rooms and two on-site food and beverage outlets: Sotto Cucina & Bar and PocketSquare Skyline Bar and Terrace.
The signing marks a new partnership between RBH and Hyatt Hotels.
It also further strengthens RBH’s position as it becomes the first UK management company to operate hotels across eight major global brands.
The agreement builds on RBH’s existing relationships with IHG Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Accor, Wyndham Worldwide, Radisson Hotel Group and Best Western.
The announcement continues RBH’s momentum this year and expands its presence in London.
Hyatt Place London City East is the 12th property under RBH’s management in the capital, strengthening the company’s reputation as an experienced third-party hotel management operator in the city.
David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said: “This signing further underlines the momentum we are building as a business this year. London is a market we know well. RBH has operated over 8,000 rooms in the city over the last 25 years, and London continues to be a competitive and resilient travel destination.
“Strong partnerships have played an important role in our growth story, and we’re delighted to be working alongside new partners Sun Venture and Hyatt Hotels on this property. To be the first management company to operate hotels across all the major brands reflects our reputation and the confidence that owners and brand partners continue to place in us.”
Kok Eng Lim, Head of Real Estate at Sun Venture, said: “We are delighted to welcome RBH Hospitality Management as our operating partner for Hyatt Place London City East. RBH emerged as our choice following a careful operator selection process.
“Their established track record in London and experience across the major global brands gave us confidence in this appointment. We look forward to a successful and long-term partnership with RBH.”
The signing marks a significant step in RBH Hospitality Management’s continued growth, strengthening its London footprint while adding Hyatt Hotels to its roster of global brand partnerships.
