Cambridge Street Collective Welcomes Three New Food Partners

July 9, 2026

Cambridge Street Collective has welcomed three new independent food partners for the summer.

Drip & Drizzle desserts

Sunrise Caribbean, Jimmy’s Burger and Drip & Drizzle Desserts have joined Sheffield’s largest food hall, adding further variety to the venue’s food and drink offer.

Known for bringing together independent food brands under one roof, Cambridge Street Collective has refreshed its line-up with three concepts offering very different menus for visitors.

Sunrise Caribbean brings the flavours of Jamaica to Sheffield, serving a menu of island favourites.

Dishes include jerk chicken, curry mutton, comforting sides and contemporary Caribbean plates, all inspired by traditional recipes and Jamaican hospitality.

Jimmy’s Burger is the smash burger concept created by lifelong friends Paddy and Jimmy.

Since launching in 2019, the brand has built a loyal following for its approach to burgers, using hand-rolled Ginger Pig beef patties, Paul Rhodes buns and carefully developed flavour combinations.

Menu highlights include the ‘Do Ya Dare’, combining sweetness and heat, and the Oklahoma burger with caramelised onions and gherkins.

For visitors with a sweet tooth, Drip & Drizzle Desserts has opened its first Sheffield location at Cambridge Street Collective.

Originally launched in 2019 as ‘the midnight delivery’, the dessert specialist has built a following for indulgent treats designed to satisfy late-night cravings.

Visitors can now enjoy its signature Bubble Waffles, hot steamed fudge cake, hot cookie dough and the Magnum Stuffed Croissant from its kiosk inside the food hall.

The latest additions continue Cambridge Street Collective’s commitment to showcasing independent food businesses while keeping its line-up fresh for visitors.

With cuisines spanning Caribbean food, American-inspired smash burgers and indulgent desserts, the new arrivals add more choice for guests visiting for lunch, dinner or a late-night treat.

Matt Bigland, Co-founder of Blend Family, said: “We’re always looking at how we can bring new experiences and exciting independent food brands to Sheffield. Sunrise Caribbean, Jimmy’s Burger and Drip & Drizzle each offer something completely different, and together they add even more variety to Cambridge Street Collective.

“Whether you’re visiting for a quick lunch, a family meal or meeting friends after work, there’s now even more choice under one roof. Keeping our line-up fresh is a huge part of what makes the venue special, and we’re excited for people to come down and discover their new favourites.”

Since opening, Cambridge Street Collective has become one of Sheffield’s go-to destinations for food, drink and socialising.

The venue brings together a curated mix of independent kitchens alongside bars, live entertainment and regular events in the heart of the city.

The three new food partners are now open and available at Cambridge Street Collective.
